KEEPING YOUR DATA SAFE IS IMPORTANT: WSWG has a statutory responsibility under the Data Protection Act 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) to securely maintain data relating to the records it holds. This includes names, addresses, or any other personal data, which will not be disclosed to anyone or an external organisation, except in a manner consistent with and according to legal requirements. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION: Membership to join WSWG is Free.

REGISTER OF MEMBERS: WSWG is required to keep a Register of Members including details of the full name and address of each member, the date of membership commencement, the date of ceasing to be a member (if applicable) and the class of membership. The Register is periodically updated, which may require a member responses to requests to provide updated information to the WSWG the Membership Secretary, to whom any enquiries should be addressed in the first instance (contact@weststormontwoodlandgroup.scot).

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP: Membership of the Association is not transferrable. Members may resign from membership at any time. Membership can also cease in the event of the removal of a member by constitutional resolution.
